  • CLIMB & LIFT
  • This is a 50-minute class, which is both challenging and fun! Climbing is low impact, lowering risk of injury and stress on your bones and joints. Get ready for intervals, endurance, core and strength. The circuit transitions from climber to floor work 2-3 times during class will give you that perfect balance of a total body workout!
    The VersaCLimber has been proven to be more effective at burning calories compared to ellipticals, steppers, bikes and treadmills. VersaClimbing combines lower and upper body exercise into one natural vertical climbing motion

  • BOOTCAMP
  • This class is 50 minutes and combines cardio and strength with 2 minute intervals. Get ready to combine rowing, TRX, Sandbags, plyometrics, battle ropes and more for a full body workout!

  • CORE X
  • CORE X is a sequence of bodyweight exercises to develop strength, cardio and mobility.  With the use of the Corevyo harness, that promotes and challenges correct body position and core control, you'll move into your CORE X zone.
     
    Each station will include your own stall bar apparatus to assist each athlete through better balance, flexibility and core strength.
     
    This class is for all levels as you progress the athlete in you.

  • CIRCUIT 60 UPPER BODY
  • Walkers, joggers and runners!
    challenge yourself to 60 minutes of circuit training with 5, 10 and 15 minute bursts of activity on a treadmill with incorporating intervals of weights, strength and floor work.

  • BOOTCAMP XPRESS *DOUBLE POINTS*

  • RIPPED 60 - LEGS & CORE *DOUBLE POINTS*
  • 60 minutes of circuit training in the Personal Training Studio is bound to get you RIPPED into shape! Using equipment such as The Force, Ropes, Kettle Bells and much more. There are no corners to cut - just hard work, sweat and fun!
    *with a lower body focus.

  • CLIMB & LEGS *DOUBLE POINTS*
  • You will use weights and bands for leg toning and strengthening exercises between climb intervals on the Versaclimber.
    This is a 50 minute class.

  • CIRCUIT 60 FULL BODY
  • Walkers, joggers and runners!
