This class is taught by:
We’ve taken the traditional Barre class BEYOND what you’d expect. A perfectly curated RHYTHM-BASED workout focusing on small accessory muscles to LIFT TIGHTEN and TONE to the beat of the music.

Be prepared with indoor runners while using your own body weight, bands, balls and dumbbells to develop long, lean muscle as we sculpt and SWEAT.

A perfect combination of strength training, sprinkled with high intensity cardio, turned Lil Wayne Hip-Hop dance party.

Beyond the Barre wants consistent and ever-evolving results for our clients, leaving you feeling strong, stretched and sculpted while keeping you motivated by the infectious energy Steph brings, driven by her music.
